Stock Building Supply, Inc. v. Davis Homes, LLC, (various Indiana counties and case numbers).  On March 24, 2008, Ward King Agnew, LLC, f/k/a Ward & King, filed nineteen collection and lien foreclosure actions against Davis Homes, LLC.  These cases, involved fifty-two properties across seven Indiana counties and total claims of approximately $950,000.00.  All nineteen cases were settled and dismissed two weeks later, on April 7, 2008.
