The firm has a large base of business clients and enjoys helping new clients set up other business entities and watching them grow.

We help clients choose which form of business entity is best suited to their intended type of business. We prepare and file formational documents and thereafter assist clients in keeping their entity documents up to date.  We also assist in properly documenting the various business or real estate ventures. Our clients include start-ups and more established businesses and groups of businesses. We assist clients in matters that are simple or complex.

Although the firm’s primary approach is to try to keep business clients out of litigation, when necessary the firm represents them in litigation that is within the scope of its expertise. When a client’s litigation needs are outside that scope, the firm assists clients in engaging and coordinating with any number of competent attorneys that focus their practices on litigation, to ensure efficient representation in complex litigation.

At some point, businesses and their owners usually need help with real estate transactions and, if successful, with estate planning for their members or employees, and eventually with estate-administration issues. Our focus on the specific areas of interest we've chosen to pursue permits us to seamlessly assist our clients in all of these inter-related areas.
